*  Your team line-ups need to be emailed to Coulsdon Chess by 9am on the Friday immediately preceding the match - as long as players have not used up their 3 lives, players can be changed after that but individually will be penalised under the "failed to give Coulsdon Chess due notice not to arrange a game" rule (please remind your players that telling you as the captain is not enough if you are not available) - if Coulsdon Chess does not see players named in the teams at 9am Friday, he will look to arrange other individual tournament games for them).
*  Board orders must be made using the very latest FIDE ratings for the month of the game.
*  Squad size is limited to 5 (for 1 team) and 10 (for 2 teams) - you can only sign new players if you have too many players registered with the Coulsdon Chess office as unavailable - thus it is vital for captains that they ensure their players have advised Coulsdon Chess (as well as them) if they are unavailable.
