KENT (K) MIDDLESEX & THE REST (M) SURREY EAST & SUSSEX (SE) SURREY WEST & HAMPSHIRE (SW)
*    The top 2 teams in both K & SE will qualify for the Champions' League Final, along with the top team in M & SW.  In addition 2 further teams will qualify; the team finishing immediately behind the qualifiers in each zone (so, 3rd in K & SE and 2nd in M & SW) will be measured against each other to see who makes it.  The lowest gap (including tie-breaks) between them and the team finishing immediately above them will be decisive factor.   The 2 teams that lose out will play in the Europa League Final.
*    The Europa League will involve 3 teams from K & SE and 1 team from M & SW - including any teams referred to above who did not make it into the Champions' League Final but were in contention.
*    The State Cup (no Private Schools) will include the next 3 eligible teams from K & SE plus the next eligible team from M & SW.
*    The Chessfa Cup (non-1st teams) will include the next 3 eligible teams from K & SE plus the next eligible team from M & SW

Every school in the other 4 finals will be entitled to 1 reserve in this event (who will move into the teams if required on the day).  In addition, players who were involved in winning Schools' Individuals' Challenges in the qualifying rounds will also be eliglbe to represent their school in this event.

As enough players are confirmed for each school team, that team will be placed in a box coloured for their final.  Confirmation means that board fee payment has been received.
