Conditions of Entry

The decisions of the organisers are final.

CCF have the normal Public Liability insurance to cover all our Adult and Junior events.

Players and parents are reminded that the playing hall is strictly out of bounds except for those still playing (and captains whose teams are still playing in the case of team events).

If you are not coming for any reason or if you are running late, you notify CCF on 020 8645 9586 as soon as possible.  For events held outside Coulsdon, you will find details for a mobile number included on the confirmation email.  Please appreciate that "no shows" in team events cause major difficulties and can delay the start.

It is a condition of entry to any CCF event that CCF may list all results (including names and schools) on our web site.

Parents agree that they will accept any instructions from CCF staff and the staff hosting the venue we are using - and that their child's entry/score could be risk if they refuse such an instruction.
