Note that no guarantees can be given that an event/division requested can be provided - and no conditions can be attached to entries.
In principle, no refunds are given after the deadline for entries - which is 14th Aug 2020
 

Methods of booking in
1.     Select the appropriate paypal buttons on the left hand side to use our on-line facility.  This is our preferred option as it reduces the amount of work the office has to do.
2    Send a cheque to CCF with details of what you wish to enter.

*  Please also ensure that you email CCF with any changes in your contact information.  Contact information will be given to any captains you have on request.  You will need to specify any numbers that you do not want passed on.  We will not issue home addresses to anyone.  Please ensure your mobile number is kept up to date as this will be our emergency contact for you.

One Night Sit

 One Night Sit!

This booking option allows anyone to sign in to play on just 1 isolated evening of chess - but it needs to be booked by 9am Friday latest (ie. 3 days beforehand).  ECF Gold membership is required.

The idea is that people who want to try out the club or attend on the rare occasions that they can - are able to book in and have us arrange a graded and/or rated game for you.  We cannot guarantee the strength or ability of the opponent, especially in the earlier part of the season, but our aim will always be to pair everyone against someone near to their ability that they haven't already played. Please note that the only activity this booking would allow you to use is the Pairing Service. 

Please ensure you include date of birth (not needed if we already have it from a past event) and the date of the night you want to play.
