SEASON 2010-2011 - RSJ | |
Players | Ian Snape 2225, Victor Jones 2116, William Jones 2100, Lyall Bayliss 1963, Robert Maguire 1925, Conor Murphy 1859, Laurence Jones 1754, Barnaby Paul 1618, Keith Selby 1600, Vince Brady 1411. |
Position | 2nd of 6 |
Comments | Once again, goal difference prevented them from winning the title, leaving them ruing the first round defeat to Redhill Force; revenge for Redhill for last year's 1st round defeat for the eventual champions. They won the last 4 rounds this time around. |
SEASON 2009-2010 - RSJ | |
Players | FM Simon Brown 2325, Ian Snape 2189, William Jones 2084, Victor Jones 2062, Lyall Bayliss 1960, Jasdeep Gahir 1960, Robert Maguire 1825, Laurence Jones 1747. |
Position | 2nd of 6 |
Comments | Victory in the opening round against Redhill Force made them favourites for victory, only for defeat against Ream Betis to throw everything back into the melting pot after round 2. They stayed neck and neck with Redhill Force before slipping behind them on goal difference and having to settle for 2nd place. But the team should be stronger as their juniors get another year older and they will certainly be challenging next season. |
